## How to create a Smart List in Synamate

A smart list is a contact list within a CRM that automatically updates depending on specific criteria. Contacts can be automatically added to the list when they fit certain criteria and can be automatically removed from the list when they no longer meet the list criteria.

#### 1. Go to Synamate Contacts

#### 2. Click on More Filters and filter the contacts based on the requirements

#### 3. Click on Save as smart list after applying all the filters

#### 4. Name the Smart List and Save
