### **How to Import your CSV contacts file to Synamate?**

PLEASE DON'T UPLOAD LISTS WHICH ARE OLDER THAN 3-4 MONTHS UNLESS you are continuously engaging with them and you are confident of the emails/phone number are perfect and real. (This helps in protecting your account from being blocked because bounced emails and messages)\
