# How to calculate Leads - The right way

The above video addresses:

1. Leads are not appearing in contacts even though the lead flow is there
2. Form is submitted but that contact is not appearing in contacts - this is because they might have already been a part of Synamate's contacts from long back which is explained in this video.
3. The form submissions always alows duplicate entries and exact no.of entries.
